• WiFi and 4G solar powered cameras
• Indoor PTZ cameras and light bulb cameras
• WiFi smart cameras and outdoor waterproof dome cameras
• 4G built-in battery cameras
• Custom product development and manufacturing services

Our services are exclusively B2B focused on wholesale production, customization, and OEM/ODM solutions. We do not engage in retail business.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business customers only, including manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, and companies seeking OEM/ODM solutions. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or services
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

5. Product Quality and Specifications

We maintain strict quality control standards and provide products according to agreed specifications. All products undergo comprehensive testing before delivery. Detailed specifications, certifications, and compliance information will be provided during the quotation process.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our standard products, designs, and documentation remain our property. For custom OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property ownership will be clearly defined in separate agreements. You retain rights to your own trademarks, logos, and proprietary specifications.

7. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is provided on a project-by-project basis and may vary based on quantities, specifications, and customization requirements. Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts or purchase orders. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material costs, exchange rates, and other market factors.

8. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and customization requirements. We will provide regular updates on production progress. Shipping terms and responsibilities will be clearly defined in individual agreements.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide warranty coverage as specified in individual product agreements. Technical support is available for our products and solutions. Warranty terms may vary based on product type and customization level.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific products or services provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, technical specifications, pricing, and business terms shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues beyond the termination of any agreement.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
